Unless you’re a brand new ecosystem building from 0, once you pass a threshold of # of real apps on your chain the focus should be on user-rel. I think the next generation of most valuable players in crypto are the ones who are distribution engines to reach real users. This means the most valuable people have to come with their own distribution, otherwise they’ll mooch on the projects distribution for their own growth
