/8 Web3 UX is still broken with too many steps and friction Most users bounce before they even get started So how do we onboard the next million? @royhui and @dancu3e sat down with @JonathanColon__ from @rarible to talk abstraction, agents, and infra 👇
/8 "Daunting" was the word @JonathanColon__ used and he’s right Wallets, seed phrases, gas fees, unfamiliar UIs; nobody wants that on their first try 🫠 His mission? Making onboarding safer, smoother, and way less intimidating for first-time users
/8 @rarible is helping brands like @Lamborghini and @mcfarlanetoys bring their IP on-chain Their white-label marketplaces handle the complexity, while partner chains like LightLink can cover gas So when a drop is free, it’s actually free 🤭
/8 @LightLinkChain is tackling the same problem but at the infra layer 🛠️ @dancu3e broke down how we’re building: → Gasless experiences for whitelisted apps → Chain abstraction APIs → Walletless onboarding via SSO → Tools devs can use without touching Solidity
/8 As @royhui put it: “Users want the outcome, not the process” They don’t want to switch networks or buy ETH They just want to mint, collect, or trade...and they want it now Great UX delivers: 0 hurdles, maximum results 📝
/8 One of the most exciting shifts? Agentic UX 🤖 Dan revealed our MCP server can already: → Send tokens → Swap assets → Resolve .ll addresses It’s user-operated for now but built so agents can take over these actions in the near future
/8 So who are we building for - Crypto-natives? Normies? Enterprises? Answer: all of them @JonathanColon__ nailed it by saying UX could do with 2 modes: → Power tools for advanced users → Training wheels for newcomers
/8 We covered it all: NFT infra, chain abstraction, RWAs, agentic UX, and what it takes to onboard the next million 🤓 The best UX is invisible, and that’s where Web3 is headed Missed the Space? Catch the full replay here:
