Tsunahiko never looked at the messages they carried. To do so would break the one rule of their trade, a rule more important than speed or discretion. In Waterfall City, everyone knew their silhouette: the sleek Lightspeed Suit a blur against the spray, the crimson bow in their hair a perfect, unmoving knot. They were the city's fastest, trusted with communiques for everyone from dockside merchants to the temple acolytes. But some packages weren't local. Some required them to push their suit to its limits, reaching destinations not on any map, much like the pioneer Roketto who built new worlds. They return from these trips with no stories, only the faintest scent of ozone and sometimes a new scratch on their armor, while the bow remains utterly pristine.
