Sono felice di vedere i DePINs menzionati nel Rapporto sulle Risorse Digitali della WH. Ma esorto @BoHines e il gruppo di lavoro a considerare questo: i DePINs non hanno bisogno di un'esenzione per queste distribuzioni, perché NON sono transazioni di titoli in primo luogo.
