The Bering Exploration Fighter has a very high degree of recognition. The phase antennas on both sides of the hull can receive weak ray signals. These antenna units together form a detection device similar to a compound eye. In order to meet the needs of long-term scientific research missions, Bering's firepower and protective performance were sacrificed to provide the spacecraft with greater payload carrying capacity.
