The reality is that you are relying to be early on some coin X that some creator can cause to go viral so you can sell after it’s gone viral and before the virality dies down. The only “fundamental” thing here is that the creator can burn their reputation keep it viral as long as possible so you can sell it to someone else who would be holding it after the virality has died down. If it had any fundamental value, then it wouldn’t matter if a creator dumped all of it because there is no change to fundamental value when something is sold. That’s the definition of fundamental value. Its value external to the buying or selling of the thing.
