"Tomaremos 2 medidas para proteger nuestro déficit cero y la política monetaria de esta administración:
Firmaré una instrucción al Ministerio de Economía prohibiendo al Tesoro pedir dinero prestado al Banco Central para cubrir sus gastos.
Enviaré un proyecto de ley al Congreso para penalizar la aprobación de Presupuestos Nacionales que incurran en déficit fiscal.
También se establecerá una sanción penal para los miembros de la Cámara y funcionarios que no cumplan con estas nuevas reglas fiscales."
