Balto Flash keeps to no faction and works The Yard as a Dalmation who is all speed and pattern, counting spots between every breath. On most mornings Balto Flash can be found near the cracked freeway loop, doing very little and calling it research. There is a soft running joke at the soup stalls about Balto Flash and the way doors behave around them. Balto Flash may not know the truth of the old world, but that never stops a good theory from becoming lunch talk.
