ChatGPT has become my default customer support agent across products (software, hardware, etc.) It is exceptionally good at figuring out what might be going wrong and suggesting clear fixes
This in particularly handy when live chat support is only available for users of a certain paid tier, or only during the weekdays / specific hours Ex. It debugged this Zapier issue that has been driving me crazy today! (Likely my fault 😂)
