There are three parts to the modular governance thesis. 1. Governance must adapt overtime. Monolithic frameworks cannot adapt quickly, safely, and cheaply. 2. Not everything can be governed the same way, by the same people. You must have different processes, with different people, passed through stages. 3. Governance should be minimized. Optimistic is faster and easier. Automated means less decision making. Immutable means no decision needs to be made. Go modular, leave monolithic behind. Use @AragonProject

How it works in 20s: Governance Designer → Add process → Specific actions → select from pre-populated Aragon actions or add custom ones → Publish. That process can execute only those calls; the UI hides the rest.
