If you're scratching your head over the market turning red these past few days, and especially all the dips today, the reason is most likely panic sells ahead of FOMC at 18:30 UTC. Even with major caps going up in the last few weeks, that PTSD from the dry/slow markets is lingering hard - and many traders are just too scared to hold - especially low caps traders in the trenches. We've seen this pattern so many times: A lot of dips and dumps before FOMC, then scooping them back up later.. Happens every time. My opinion? zoom out.
