man, I know I am tweeting less than 2-3 yrs ago, but its also much less fun. I always enjoyed talking to people in my comments and not use twitter as a simple broadcast medium, but that requires filtering through dozens of AI slop messages first to even find the real ones

And it feels like everyone is putting less effort as a result. even "real" people are performing for the various algos (twitter payment, kaito...) You folks having more fun elsewhere?

basically I think it used to be very hard to monetize a twitter account, and now its become increasingly easy. that feels like the root of the problem.
