Seeing ads on YouTube or another site? Manually update our built-in ad blocker to ensure you have the latest changes. On desktop, go to Settings > Shields > Content filtering and click the "Update lists" button Then refresh the tab where you saw ads and see if it's fixed.

You can manually update on mobile as well, but the steps are a little different: iOS: Go to Settings > Shields & Privacy > Content Filtering and click the "Update Lists" button Android: Go to Settings > Brave Shields & privacy > Content filtering and click the "UPDATE" button
