My (somewhat random) advice to new founders: 1. The three most important things to you as a founder are co-founder, co-founder, and co-founder 2. Horizon, north star. Focus on them, only on them. Folks will be showing you the present and asking "why aren't you part of it". But you're here to make your future everyone's present 3. Embrace and seek criticism. Ask for it from your team, your community, advisors. Try to make it as concrete as possible, turning it into action items (only the stuff you agree with) 💡 Happy to hear insights from other founders.
