It's funny as someone who's been to Japan several times read about how someone ate a regional Japanese dish in Tokyo and now feels like they're the authority on that dish because they had it in Japan. Like my brother in christ, you don't go to Tokyo for ramen, okonomiyaki nor takoyaki 🤣
