$ETH is gaining traction among public companies. In this thread, we cover recent acquisitions from established players like @BitMNR to newcomers like @TheEtherMachine. Here’s a roundup of who's buying 👇

2/ @BitMNR approved a stock repurchase program to acquire up to $1B of outstanding common stock. While BitMine did not actively acquire ETH this week, it still ranks #1 with 566,776 ETH, valued at $2.09B. Tom Lee, head of BitMine, aims to acquire 5% of all ETH (6.04M Ethereum).

3/ @SharpLinkGaming made two $ETH purchases this week for a total of 88,469 ETH. • 77,209 ETH at $3,756 for $289.99M • 11,259 ETH at $3,828 for $43.09M It now holds 449,449 ETH valued at $1.65B, and is in second place behind BitMine.

4/ @coinbase disclosed that it accumulated 21,082 $ETH in the first half of 2025. It now holds 136,782 ETH, making it the third largest corporate holder.

5/ Newly formed @TheEtherMachine purchased 15,000 ETH at $3,809 for $56.90M this week on Ethereum’s 10th anniversary, kickstarting its $ETH treasury plans. It has purchased and committed to a total of 334,757 ETH.

6/ While the adoption of $ETH treasury firms has picked up momentum, $BTC accumulation still far outpaced that of ETH. @MicroStrategy alone deployed more than 6x the capital of ETH treasury firms during the week of July 26 to August 1.
