Ghislaine Maxwell, convicted-sex trafficker and close-associate of Jeffrey Epstein, has reportedly been moved to a minimum-security facility in Texas, following her two meetings last month with Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche. Maxwell, who was previously housed at Federal Correctional Institution, Tallahassee (FCI Tallahassee) in Florida, known for its cramped and deteriorating conditions, was moved on Friday for an unknown reason to Federal Prison Camp, Bryan (FPC Bryan), a minimum-security prison for women near Bryan Texas which is known as one of the “best” jails in America for its relaxed reputation as well as recreational activities and resources for inmates, which include several notables such as Theranos CEO Elizabeth Holmes. While the reason for her move has not been made clear, it coincidentally comes amidst a push by her team of attorneys to pressed the Supreme Court into overturning her conviction and/or receiving a pardon from President Trump. Maxwell and her lawyers met twice in July with Deputy U.S. Attorney General Todd Blanche, during which she reportedly gave the names of over a hundred associates involved previously with Epstein. Additionally, Maxwell recently stater she was willing to testify in front of Congress, but only if she was granted several demands by the Justice Department.
