Honest review of Base app so far: Overall pretty mid - 6/10 I haven't actually bought anyone's post tokens, I don't see much opportunity to make money and no posts have been so amazing that I want to collect them for any reason. What it does well: -App discovery feels like it has strong potential, I was able to find @RemixGG_ and have enjoyed playing it in app. Issues: -App discovery feels like a superpower for Base but the amount of interesting apps I've seen so far is 2 -Sign up failed twice for seemingly no reason, just kept trying and it worked -Posts fail often -My algorithm is poor so far, completely random content. This could just be that there's not many people I know on the platform yet talking about things I find interesting. -I signed up with a VPN and my currency now seems to be stuck in that region After seeing what @moonit is doing with 9gag I feel tokenizing content where it already exists may be a better move than trying to get everyone to move to a new app.
