The thing about negative Trump headlines is you are always supposed to fade them, coz he always flip flops and then does something which ends up being extremely positive for markets. It’s almost like these lads are intentionally creating dips, filling their boots and ripping it in our faces afterwards. The conspiracist in me also says Powell’s days are numbered. That payrolls print on Friday is enough to ring alarm bells and you just have to think rate cuts are gonna start from September. I don’t see any reason not to be bullish here and I think those that buy the dip will be rewarded yet again.
