What if DeFi was more social? Exploring how @lukso_io + @hyperlane_xyz + LSP standards could unlock profile-centric staking 🔍👇

🌉 Imagine bridging from @ethereum → @lukso_io and staking directly on @stakingverse — in one transaction — thanks to @hyperlane_xyz. But what about the LSP standards? 🤔 How could we use them to do some cool and useful things here?

I like the idea of recording the staking history in the @ERC725Account I do think it is easier for a dApp to read everything from the 🆙 contract storage compared to listening for events / retrieve past logs for every single users. Their might be more load on the backend (I might be wrong).

Otherwise, you could create a record in the UP storage with the LYX price it was staked at for instance, to keep track of your staking portfolio positions.

Hmmm a sort of badge NFT for the early stakers that did that by bridging? To acknowledge the first users of the features. Not really useful imo, just fancy but people seem to love badges. I do like the idea of staking positions as NFTs tho, with some some colourful graphics and charts to visualise the staking position. That’s what the technical term « metadata » could translate to in ELI5 👌🏻

Biggest area for investigation and playing around is with the Universal Receiver. ”When I have staked LYX on @stakingverse for my Universal Profile and it gets notified, what can I make it do? What kind of actions it could do to react to this notification?” 🤔

TLDR: my scope of ideas is limited to my own imagination (even with as much as I know about the LSP standards). The LUKSO AI Assistant plugin from @ChatGPTapp is great to expand this boundary and get more creative and innovative 💡
