Designed by Vinklu, The Chapel is a sort of whimsical, completely unexpected treat in the urban fabric of Bucharest. This jewel box can hardly be much larger than 100 square feet, and yet it makes an immense impact on the street. What if all dead spaces were reimagined thusly?
