Union is a beloved customer of offchain ZKP marketplaces but it's important to note that our onchain proving is already insanely efficient. @union_build’s ZK light clients verify state proofs onchain which is an operation that’s usually gas-intensive. To modernize it, we reworked our consensus engine so that all cryptographic primitives align with the elliptic curves used in zero-knowledge proving systems, compounding 10x speedups until we were generating zk consensus proofs in just 7 secs on consumer laptops with 5gb of RAM. While this is an insane performance achievement for onchain proving, Union can still slash gas costs further by leveraging offchain proof aggregators like @boundless_xyz and @SuccinctLabs For Union, these marketplaces aren’t a must-have but a force multiplier. zkgm
