I ignore 90% of DM's on Linkedin, but he mentioned he was a recent college grad looking to work full-time in Web3 and wanted insight. I told him 99% of people i've taken a call with have done nothing or very little to change their circumstances. Everyone says they want to accomplish ____ , but very few do anything about it. So I gave him a challenge: Reach 600 connections on Linkedin and 500 followers on X by networking, joining spaces, creating content in the field he wants to work in and I'll connect him to some people who may be able to help him reach his career goals.
