The MacBook Air is a ridiculous computer. I spent two straight months traveling Europe with my Air. Nothing else. I was really worried the computer was going to hold me back, but it didn't. I wrote code using Visual Studio Code every day (with Dev Containers, which use Docker). I even edited a dozen videos during this time. It was fine. I never wished I had a different laptop with me. I won't buy a MacBook Pro anytime soon. Mine was only $1,399.
