I believe the best thing a launchpad can do is simply give projects the space and the tools to grow. You can’t manufacture a real community overnight. Let things breathe. Let narratives unfold organically (or as close as you can get). Avoid publicly picking favorites. Support quietly. Trying to force daily runners creates churn. This might look attractive to promote short term revenue. But eventually, holding time drops, people lose confidence, patience disappears, and token shelf life trends to 0. Promote new pumps every day, and here’s what happens: 1. Old coins get abandoned. 2. People sell at a loss. 3. They rotate into the next one at the top, lose again, and repeat the cycle. 3. Eventually, the illusion breaks. 4. People stop playing, not because they lost money, but because they stop believing they ever had a chance. You can’t rush belief.
