Call for Privacy devs legal guidelines. Last year's privacy builders got a chilling effect related to the @TornadoCash case. Partially, because there's a gap between legal and non-legal language. This rather creates confusion than precise recommendations on how to build decentralised applications. We want to create working group making human-readable guidelines for builders working on privacy applications & protocols. Guidelines stand for short document of clear & actionable recommendations based on case-studies, tech specs & product launch stages. Guidelines will be free to share & introduced at Cypherpunk Congress. We welcome contributors willing to take agency over collective emotions and turn language ambivalence into clear understanding of what can be done towards unstoppable privacy for everyone (elevated by thousands of privacy builders).
