I love showing the 2000 comparison chart, focused on top ten. Of the top ten companies in 2000, three were American tech companies. By 2025, eight are American tech companies, some of which weren’t even founded until after 2000. The story of the Second American Century is technological supremacy. America is winning on innovation, business and scale.

Estimates for top 25 companies in 2000: America had 12 of the largest companies in the world. Now, we have 22. This is something we should be extremely proud of. Twenty five years of innovation and dynamism. 🇺🇸

The relative strength of the American economy is staggering. I was living in Europe in the late 2000s. People forget that the Eurozone was consistently praised as a thriving economy with tremendous promise. A lot can happen in 15 years.
