fyi car enthusiast YouTubers are having borderline mental breakdowns because they feel like EVs and shoe-horned hybrids paired with weak internal combustion engines on very high-performance cars to meet EU regs are killing their favorite machines so now every top-end brand has a bunch of audio engineers figuring out how to pump fake sounds into and outside of the cabin trying to get as close as possible to the old days and i feel like this is a metaphor for the next 50 years
