It’s a strange irony that streets that were shaped by nature and the random movements of human beings have much more life than the centrally planned ones that were deliberately designed by expert architects and city planners. (These photos are from a small city in southern Holland called Den Bosch, where the street layouts follow the curves of canals that’ve been there for centuries).
