I’m sorry to say this, but there have been no reforms since @JohnBrennan ‘s time and those damn near destroyed the culture (and there are only several dozen remaining who know what to do). But the @CIA requires massive and I mean massive reform. We, as a nation, may want to consider starting from scratch. @CIADirector @DNIGabbard @realDonaldTrump @JDVance @TomCottonAR this is where you should set your sights and not the ODNI who is reforming and performing quite well.
