I had the honor attending a street renaming, hosted by Council Member Eric Dinowitz, to commemorate the life and legacy of Sandra Pabon, who tragically passed away two years ago. Sandra knew how to fill a room with the overflowing warmth and love of her personality. She embodied the civic life of the Bronx at its best.
