did another round of hiring and im continuing the experiment of replying to everyone who applied with a long explanation of why we didnt go with them i hated it when i applied to jobs and they would ghost me or reply with a template rejection email, so trying to change it

jury still out on whether this will be good long term almost everyone i replied told me they really appreciated it but it takes a huge amount of time to write thoughtful reports for everyone

long time ago i was interviewing for big tech and i completely nailed the interview cause they asked me a leetcode problem that i had done before and knew by heart llamao i was sure i was gonna get the job and then weeks go by and no reply, the mfs ghosted me 💀
