BREAKING: The Portuguese Constitutional Court has rejected a bill that was to amending Portugal's Foreigners Law to make it possible for the country to better control immigration. The Court claims its provisions are unconstitutional. The law was supported by the two largest parties in Parliament. The judges want to go against the will of the people.
