I have a few, very successful, author friends. They all tell me how Karen led trad-publishing would refuse to publish them because they were white. So they turned to self publishing on Amazon and made out well. Until Amazon changed too, and started pushing DEI authors. Why should book publishing depend on the race of the author? It's about the story!
