In my opinion, the real purpose of STRF moving forward isn't to raise more funds but to allow the market to push the price higher (and the yield lower), functioning like a crowd-sourced rating agency. Just watch—STRF deserves to rally until its yield matches, and eventually falls below, that of Long-Term Treasuries. @saylor @shirishjajodia @BenWerkman
