According to Wu, SharpLink Gaming (NASDAQ: SBET) announced a $400 million registered direct offering agreement with five global institutional investors, along with an additional $200 million in ATM financing yet to be deployed and an existing holding of approximately 598,800 ETH. The company's total ETH treasury is expected to exceed $3 billion. The transaction is expected to be completed on August 12.
