Look, Antoni is a partisan hireling who will DISTORT the data collection process, and then misrepresent the results. The BLS staff is quite competent, and an ignorant cipher "in charge" would be fine, so long as s/he didn't actually interfere. Antoni is going to interfere, and make the data useless. He's introducing bias, not noise, into the errors.
