Fogo testnet is back online as of 20:45 UTC, Aug 13 after a halt from fiber cuts and undersea cable issues. Thanks to Multi-local consensus, we disconnected Asia validators and restarted on US+EU.
At mainnet, if one data center goes offline, consensus will fall back to the other two (US/EU, or EU/Asia) to ensure continuous operation.
