One good thing about Trump’s victory is that it triggered healthy self correction mechanisms within the Democratic Party and, I would say, in the Blue tribe in general. Holding institutional power for too long had a corrupting effect on the Blue culture & discourse, so losing this power - for a while - is going to be highly beneficial
