An order of magnitude is 10x. If we compare official FBI stats to the victim-reported, Census-style BJS, national under-reporting of crime is around 5%(?). Even D.C's uncovered figure was 23-26%. This below is kinda just nonsense. A reeeeeallly negative after-effect of the whole Wokist/COVID/"alt" backlash era is that people no longer believe data that just is real. But, I mean, cops in red states or professional census-takers really just...do know the crime rate.
