I am not sure who needs to hear this, but if you are holding 'your' Monero on one of the remaining CEXs that haven't delisted it yet, withdraw all of it - now! If an exchange has halted withdrawls already, get them off there ASAP. Wallets I can recommend: @cakewallet, @monerujowallet, @mymonero, Monero GUI Wallet. Not your keys, not your coins!
