People are bidding institutional plays that they perceive the masses will "use," knowingly or not; e.g.- $AERO, $LINK, $XRP, etc. That's the narrative rn. Small/mid caps will have to wait for different conditions, unless they're true bangers like $MAMO (exceptions exists). But yes, this cycle is quite different.
