The Enviro series explores the creation of spaces that nurture wellness—such as breathwork, meditation, other practices that promote peace and well-being. The aim is to seamlessly blend the physical and digital realms, allowing these spaces to be interchangeable—whether experienced in person or shared within online communities. The documentation of these spaces is multifaceted. Installations are transformed into and documented as 3D models, Gaussian splats, 360-degree videos, and traditional footage. Each form of documentation captures a different aspect of the experience, yet all are incomplete, much like our fragmented memories. In this way, the act of documenting these wellness installations becomes a dialogue itself—questioning perception, truth, and the nature of experience in both physical and digital realms. At its core, the Enviro series invites a deeper reflection of the self. By engaging with environments that foster mindfulness and documenting them through various mediums, the project speaks to the fluid and ever-changing nature of memory, identity, and our understanding of the world. It asks us how we define the self— over time, within digital and physical space and how we navigate between the real, the remembered, the imagined and artificial.
