Before Meta, I worked on building custom NLP for healthcare. I leant that the challenge was not in improving precision and recall of the model, but in accessing high quality data.
In US, your healthcare data is held hostage by EHR mafias, under the garb of privacy and compliance.
In emerging economies, EHR is entirely disorganized or missing.
