USAID was created by executive order. A judge correctly ruled that President Trump has the Article II power to reduce these agencies down to the statutory minimum. The recourse for fired bureaucrats is not judicial sabotage that we've seen against President Trump over the last six months. These courts now understand executive power because of President Trump and @AGPamBondi's monumental wins at the Supreme Court. All executive power under Article II belongs to the President. These are huge wins for the presidency.
