Kind of sad that so many young people discount personal achievements that would be stellar for their age because social media convinces them that you should always be more. Comparison truly is the thief of joy. Impt to recognise not everyone starts at the same footing.

I think most lives follow an exponential curve -if you grind it out in your 20s, you start off your 30s with soft skills + network + being at same footing. Up until then, its all warm up so long as you are putting in the hours and building a base.
