Enough with the bullshit: "This kid had a disability," etc. "It's not happening" (early on) ==> "It is happening, and it's a good thing" (Randy Fine) ==> "It is happening, but it's Hamas's fault" (later) ==> "It is happening, and it's a shame Bibi opened up some aid crossings" (Ben Gvir) ==> now back to "it's staged, etc." No one likes to have his intelligence insulted.

Yes, a kid with a severe disability will suffer the effects of severe malnutrition sooner and in more dramatic fashion than other members of his family. If this kind of casuistry---pointing out the fact of his disability---soothes your conscience, go for it.
