I asked a group of older family friends for advice for someone in their early 20s. Most of it was the classic 'work hard, stay humble' etc But one answer stuck with me: Don't be judgmental. Instead, be curious. He said 'As you get older, you naturally fall into bad habits and start judging people. The younger you are, the easier it is to stop that habit. Try to see the world from the other person's perspective. Perspective is everything.'
