I really learnt a lot today from @sam6170 as regards @union_build. Prior to now, I've been likening Union to Hyperliquid. I still think its Bridge is its strongest moat which will in turn power the Union L1. My view was more of a B2C tool where people come to bridge their assets manually I did have some B2B ideas such as integrations with stuff like Jumper, Infinex and Defi app. Looking deeper, Union is building an infra to be embedded in all chains. The PMF for its bridge not soley dependent on users, we're talking of other giants leveraging on the Union stack. A similar play is seen with zk proofs from Succinct and Boundless. If Union nails stuff like this, it will not need to do pointless post-TGE incentivization. The playbook lies in heavy abstraction and super low gas fees which the team has pointed out. We learn everyday.
