If my follower count went to zero, here's how I'd start building up audience on X again. 1) Get crystal clear on who you're creating for • my ICP = early stage founders 2) Find 25 people who are beloved by your ICP • scroll your feed until you find a high engagement post tailored for your audience, go to creators profile, click through to see who they follow/engage with 3) Create a list of these 25 people & turn on notifications for them 4) Aim to thoughtfully reply to at least 10 posts per day for 30 days straight • Focus on their posts that are written for your ICP • "Love this" and "great post" are not thoughtful replies. Add value & push the thinking of the post deeper. • Try to reply as close to post being published as possible (gives you most distribution upside). 5) Turn highest-performing replies into net new posts from your account This flywheel allows you to latch onto existing trusted distribution, while testing ideas for performance before firing them off to your followers.
